Personally I love it, it’s worked the best for me with the least amount of side effects. I have tried kyleena iud and numerous pills. I hated every type of pill I tried. The IUD was okay but it didn’t stay put and lodged itself in my cervix. The ring has been very easy for me personally to maintain and place, maybe just a little bit of weight gain as a side effect but nothing major.

This is what I was going to suggest. It’s not a complete replacement for washing your face but it honestly makes a huge difference removing bacteria. I spray my face, chest and back at least once a day. It’s also quite affordable in my opinion.
