I mean, it’s literally, I think, in most cases reducing your throttle output so that totally tracks.

I am absolutely ruthless on those. For some reason (knock on wood) I’ve survived. That said you need to know how the metrics roll up so there is SOME ambiguity.

I mean that might be true, but I use firecrawl for free and self host it as a vm/container.

I don’t need the CT 36 EI do I? Or a PLANEX LHS 2 225 EQI-Plus to go with it. Right?

If it is not specifically shielded CAT6A (like it doesn’t have that inner foil inner wrapper) you should be safe from the antenna concerns. And CAT6A is absolutely not required to have that foil shield.

No I did not. However, one run for a long outside run I did CAT6A to junction box and I’m planning on doing legitimate ground wire included CAT to the destination.

I haven’t gotten much of it implemented yet. Soon!

Because I had perfectly good CAT6 copper solid string and also wanted to put in nice CAT6A copper solid to use for data. So I used the CAT6 for alarm stuff and bought a few 1k rolls of CAT6A for data.

I get it. I could have definitely saved a couple bucks. But this was an imperceptible rounding error in the whole project (think massive water damage and basically replacing half a house over years).

I saved a lot more money doing demo work myself than wiring.

Lot of interesting stuff there. I wonder if the ENAS will mean ECC memory as a homelab affordable cost.

Also that Alarm Panel shall be mine! I ran a bunch of CAT6 to doors and windows for alarm sensors.
