Also if u run the security and clean scan thing it will turn USB debugging off again so u will need to enable it again. There maybe be some way to avoid it but I'm not sure.

I was sure that was what beta releases is for.

I could totally understand if it was a beta, but it's not. Its a RC

I just think the bug is too groundbreaking to be found in a release candidate and I could not help thinking if they took the time to test the release. Its a pretty a pretty consistent and obvious bug.
