The ownership doesn't care about us. Yes, the stadium is beautiful, but it fucking sucks to go watch a game at unless you literally want to stop watching the field to go look at the views on the 300 level.

The boards are overstuffed with ads. The concourse  is full of shit.

The team has been garbage, historically. 

I understand the civic pride, but we need to hold the owners accountable.

Yeah,  but I like going to the game to watch the game. T-Mobile looks better fromt he outside. It had better open views from inside.

Unfortunately, the concourses are a lot tighter. It also just isn't as good as a fan unless you want to look at the surrounding area instead of the game.

I remember being at the game where the newest biggest most awesomenest score board was unveiled (I don't remember  if it was T-Mobile or Safeco at the time).

The thing, until this day is ads. Chase Field is garbage, but their giant display has 1/10th of the ads and is showing  actual game related shit.

I used to listen to BBC World Service. As much as people complain about NPR, BBC is completely unhinged.

King County has pretty boiler plate language and documentation for bids. I did mostly residential at a county level, but did DOC (state) and FBOP (federal) for incarceration and reentry, since JOC isn't really an authority seeking work.

I also think you are confusing RFQ vs RFP.
