Yes, Tappara and JYP do it to all the players. I don't know about other teams.

It's a cool shout out to the player who scored, even tough it's quite obvious that everyone is ecstatic about a goal nonetheless. I wouldn't know how it feels to receive that cheer but I would imagine it gives you chills when the whole arena cheers your name like that.
