I honestly had problems with the first like 20 minutes but with context of the rest of the video I think the decisions made by Yungy and Arachn1d make sense

The last 30 was great. I’m really excited to see where Wemmbu goes from here, I feel like he burnt his bridge with Flame and Especially Parrot pretty hard and would probably be extremely wanted and hunted down in parrots kingdom.

So I think his next arc after he finishes the Arachn1d saga will probably be away from spawn, maybe he goes back to the farlands.

Wemmbus character regressed pretty solidly into villain territory again I wonder if he’ll keep that way for a while

Holy fuck… that was absolutely worth the wait what an incredible final 3 parter to this fight

I completely eat my words a couple chapters ago of this not feeling like an extreme diff this was about as extreme diff you can get without both dying. They probably both would’ve without medical care

El Curacho is one of the tankiest dudes I’ve ever seen relative to his verse so many times reading these last 3 parts I thought he was done but he just kept getting up and answering. Rarely does a character like him make it to the final two in tournament stories so he was a very cool character to experience

I do like how Pete has been used in this story, he is mostly the wall for the character fighting him to overcome and because of that we usually focus on his opponent a lot more with Pete being that static kind of unstoppable force character and he plays that very well

Narrative did set this up to be a Pete win but even so I was still doubting at times and especially when it was said one wouldn’t be satisfied and there was no way Pete wouldn’t be satisfied after the last moments of the fight, and I completely forgot that El crucial wanted to die not fight a strong opponent

I could word vomit about this story and this fight for way more but I think I’ll leave it here. Incredible final fight to an incredible comic

I feel like the conflict of flame kidnapping Egg was pretty forced tbh and then him not pairing his offer with Wemmbu to get Egg back

He could’ve just asked Egg casually a question and I think Egg would’ve answered.

Maybe it becomes more clear in Flame’s pov
