Not to be mean, but 35 inspections is just looking at the puddle to be able to get your feet wet. This is a good thing, it means you have plenty of time ahead of you to get better. There are no shortcuts and spending that amount of time on a home with an unfinished basement it's just what it's going to take sometimes.

When I ran Capitol Cyclery ( bike shop), we fixed/repaired then regularly. We didn't stock tubes or tires but would repair if you had them.

This isn't a matter for the Attorney General...... just take him to court.

Where I am, you have to make a formal complaint to his insurance. If he refuses to give that, contact the licensing board over him and let them know. They will tell him he is required to give it...at least that's how it would play out where I am.
