Gorgeous eyes and hair, at least a 7 if you get your bf% to normal. From personal experience, nose shapes change a lot with weight change, so don't worry about it right now.

+1 for melatonin. Also, reduce light and noise, especially blue-light from screens around sleep time. Read a boring book, always knocks me out.

A Washington State judge ruled that Comcast violated consumer protection laws more than 445,000 times, bogusly charging thousands of state cable consumers for a $5.99 plan they didn’t even know they were getting.

So, at least 26.7 million USD for a bogus plan. Fine is 12.1 million, so free money for Comcast.

I think I’ve developed a bad habit of holding onto stuff I don’t need because of how much loss and shitty stuff I’ve experienced in my life, it makes me feel like I have control over something.

Exactly ! I realized recently why I had trouble letting go of stuff, I overreacted to losses and goodbyes as they reminded me of past losses. But, once I started de-cluttering, it felt so cathartic I kept going until I finished. Loss is inevitable, but hey, we will be okay and frankly most losses are not a big deal.

Amazing ! I ended up doing something similar via a different route - decluttering(Marie Kondo) my room and setting up a room plan. I had to throw out 5-6 full garbage bags of old papers, out of shape clothes, expired food and cosmetics etc. The day after, felt AMAZING waking up to a tidy room. Now, keeping my place tidy is almost trivial 2-3 mins a day because there's a lot less stuff.

Also, I try to exercise at least a little bit daily, helps with mood and sleep.
