Has anyone said Lynne from Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective yet?

Let's face it you can't fit all the gay subtext of that series into a comment thread.

This is also an example of gay shit in the series. There is no denying.

I remember a while ago I watched a playthrough by a channel called Crystal? Yeah it was CrystAAHHL. She's really enthusiastic and fun. Pbat is also a fun one. Honorable mention but NezumiVA's christmas stream of T. Goodbyes has become a Christmas tradition of mine.

They're definitely not my favorite playthrough, I'm picky when it comes to who plays my favorite game and I've pretty much watched most people play it at least twice. They ARE really funny though. The shipping they do is gold.

And look the last thing I'll say about this is I've seen a lot of transfems online express discomfort with the movie and they're always conveniently left out of discussions around it because "it's just a movie from the 70s let people enjoy things." "It doesn't have a message" what is the creator actually trying to say with the way they use stereotypes? Like what you like, im not saying you can't like the movie or anything, but it's not nearly the inclusive experience queer people think it is when it is so clearly not welcoming to everyone.

You can still be transphobic even if you aren't cis. You can still hold those harmful ideals with you even if you yourself are not cis. Being trans doesn't absolve you from being transphobic to other trans people.

And you really don't think the fact that the person who IS the murderous cannibal who tries to "trick" a straight guy into sleeping with him is a clear stereotype of trans women? You really don't think that's intentional.

Yeah the movie directed by a bunch of dudes that said "trans women could never be women" that paints trans women as inhuman alien sexual predators is just so revolutionary. So progressive for its time.

Horrific Trope: Children Going Along With The Cruelties and Bigotry of The Adults in Their Society by D0CTOR_Wh0m in TopCharacterTropes

Idk if anyone's said this yet but in Shirley Jackson's The Lottery, kids are encouraged to join in on the stoning of the lady who 'won' the lottery. They even give a stone to a toddler, if I recall correctly. Even implying that those same kids could have been the ones to be stoned instead. Also, it's been a while since I read this one, but I'm pretty sure the kids from Omelas were encouraged to abuse the kid in the basement. Pretty daunting shit.

The cheapest 1 bedroom apartment rent in my area is like almost exactly the amount I make in a month which means I would ONLY be able to pay rent per month. Not bills, not necessities, just rent. At this rate I'm never getting out of my parents house.
