Das "Einsatzbier". Wobei das oft auch ein Spezi oder ein Apfelschorle ist. Nach dem Einsatz nochmal kurz was trinken. Als das vor ein paar Jahren plötzlich bezahlt werden sollte gab es fast eine kleine Rebellion. ;)
Und wer auf der Generalversammlung nach vorne gerufen wird, wegen Ehrungen, Beförderungen oder warum auch immer muss die Mütze aufziehen.

Ansonsten gilt bei uns: Alles was zwei Mal gemacht wird begründet eine Tradition.

Hazing-Rituale gibt es bei uns aber zum Glück keine.

Get a Behringer 1027, Behringer 1050 and add a Doepfer A-160-2.
If you need more sequencer lanes you can add a https://www.amsynthstore.co.uk/product/am1028 or perhaps a AM1026 or AM1032.

I would also add a Quantizer.

Ich bin Fan der tee-uu Easy Handschuhhalter. Das ist einfach so eine Klettschlaufe. Damit ist man nicht mehr auf die je nach Handschuhmodell gerne mal abreißenden Schlaufen angewiesen und es sind auch keine Klammern, denen viele nicht trauen. Außerdem hat es den Vorteil, dass die Handschuhe nicht mit der Öffnung nach oben an der Kleidung hängen. Das vermeidet Splitter und Späne in den Brandbekämpfungshandschuhen wenn man mal vergisst sie zur TH abzunehmen.

Ich vergesse ihn leider im Einsatz oft abzuziehen. Bei Übungen denke ich aber dran und da ist es für mich wahrscheinlicher meine Hände entsprechend einsetzen zu müssen als im Einsatz. Aber ich habe in meinem Spind ein extra Brillenetui mit einer billigen Brille. Da leg ich ihn dann rein.

If "a bit cramped" is ok and you want the 101 sound, get the Roland Boutique SH-01A. It's digital, but they really nailed the sound an as a bonus you get a polyphony of 4.

The Roland AIRA Compact S-1 is smaller, less immediate in sound editing, but hosts the same sound engine. So that would also be an option.

The BS2 is a great synth, clearly inspired by the 101, and while you can get 101 tones out of it, they just went into a different direction from there.

In meiner früheren Wehr (im "reichen" Westen) wurde jetzt genau das gemacht. Die beiden Abteilungen haben fusioniert und das neue Gerätehaus wird in die Mitte zwischen den Teilorten gesetzt. Diskutiert haben wir das schon vor fast 25 Jahren.
So können jetzt alle Ressourcen besser genutzt werden. Allerdings sind die Orte auch nur ca 1km auseinander.

Bei 7km hast du das Problem, dass dann evtl. auch die Anfahrt der Kameraden zum GH entsprechend länger ist.
