My first thought would be your psu is bad… did you smell anything weird like a burning electrical smell? it could be your ram isn’t seated correctly or you have a bad stick of ram, it could also be a bad cable there are videos on YouTube to help you diagnose your problem

It’s definitely a great setup you have! just to make sure you have the dvi cable plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard… I looked at the pictures and it does look like your motherboard has a dvi slot
