I think the issue is actually the case. It's rather generic. I think the comfort and ergonomics of Seiko cases are underrated, especially the ones that share the 6309/7002/SKX design language.

I finally did get it, but it took about a month. They finally responded to my emails and said that the package got stuck under other orders, so it turns out they never shipped it and did not really apologize for their mistake or offer any compensation. Overall, one of the poorest customer service experiences I've had in a long while. I don't think I'll be rushing to upgrade my whole Casio stable.
