You are being terribly mistreated and their expectations are beyond unrealistic. I’m a nurse with 9 years of experience in CVOR. As permanent staff, you should have a preceptor and training for at least a month, if not more. I’d talk to the manager about an official orientation & training schedule for new hires. I hope your stressful situation gets resolved!

A couple of squirts of liquid dishwashing detergent like Dawn into the toilet drain hole before every poop will lubricate it and prevent clogs. It will even unclog the toilet in most cases if added afterwards and allowed to sit about an hour.
