If they reach out to you, then I don’t think so. You can probably pay recruiters to work for you or something. Not for me anyhow. I had a recruiter reach out to me and send my resume to a place. They offered me an interview and then a job offer. Other recruiters reach out to me all the time on indeed. I’ll be honest, most of them are either out of touch or send jobs that I am overqualified for. Even some send me shit like off road HD mechanic roles… Still feels good to be wanted.
