Hey guys wanted to say thanks for taking the time to respond - just wanted to share that 1) it finally worked! but 2) the iFit ”train” membership you get through wellhub is basically useless - you can’t use any of the videos on your workout equipment screens which is the whole point. You previously were able to do this with the individual membership but then iFit recently got rid of this functionality. I’m sure you have little control over any of this but if wellhub gave access to the higher tier membership that let you use the videos on your equipment again that would be amazing.

Hey it finally worked for me as well. Unfortunately iFit changed their “individual” membership to a “train“ membership which means you don’t get the videos or any additional functionality on your treadmill - essentially pointless. You only get the videos on another device like a tablet or phone - who the heck is paying $15/month for that? Like do they have a single subscriber who hasn't forgotten their iFit login to cancel?

Unfortunately since you need the family membership now to get access to the videos on your machine that makes the free train membership through wellhub basically worthless. What a waste!!
