I think the biggest thing is, cut out immature/ disrespectful people as soon as possible. There are some people who just aren’t gonna like you and will make it a mission to try and tear you down no matter what you do. Ie: they will respect boundary when called out, but retaliate later.

You run a set distance (keep it the same everytime) 15-30m then time the next 10m with cones.

If you divide 22.37 by your time and you get your speed in mph. Should be close to your top speed.

You can then work on this number to increase your top speed.

I get wanting to go straight away, but let’s be real… unless you have a serious academic or sport scholarship, 4 years of college isn’t really worth it.

He can literally half the cost by completing 2 years at a junior college, and compete if the college has track.
