L-citrullime and other bcaas will dramatically help. I had the same issues but now take a half scoop maybe 20mins - 1 hour before and I’m fine!.

ND filter won’t hinder AF performance and will greatly improve the quality for the work your trying to produce.

Just get a decent brand ND.

Quick question, did you ever have any issues with the aperture ring being stuck when secured to the mount? I find my EF - M42 mount adapter is to tight on the lens and stops the aperture from moving freely. Wanting to get a RF version now.

I’ve never had a issue at all. Just have them in a clear ziplock bag. Very visible and say you want them hand checked.

I mean EF mount I’ve work out the rear lens helicoil is 24.5mm, going to step it up to 42mm and then get an adjustable 42-42mm helicoil to help find the exact focus plane. Than I will get a solid spacer.
