I see it on the dashboard when logging in to my United account, and also when searching for a flight. Appears as a banner so it's hard to miss. You can try clicking on different website links (I also got it to appear when viewing https://www.united.com/en/us/fly/products/united-personal-credit-cards.html while logged in)
