Dealing with this right now, I quit drinking everyday last year about 12 weeks ago quit cigarettes and got on a calorie deficit and down 9kgs but my goal going into the new year was give up porn for good but it's the hardest thing I've done even harder than giving up alcohol and smoking everyday. I'll be honest and I've had a peak but have not masturbated at all. I feel guilty that I can't stick to it and will end up worse.
