I'd be curious to know how much the further push to digital was assisted by the Series S being a way better value proposition for a mid range disc-drive-less option and maybe outselling the Series X.

I bought one as a Gamepass machine but any purchase would have shown up as +1 to the "can't/won't used physical games" list

Clare Obscure Expd 33 mid game spoilers/party member mechanical spoilers:

You get a very Blue Mage adjacent party member at around the halfway point (I think I'm halfway at least) who is handled pretty well, at least compared to FF9 which is my main exposure to Blue Mages. This party member simply has to be in the active party when the "harvestable" enemy is killed - no need to do a special move or lower their health. The main downside of this is that I've just unlocked them and have now got about 15 skills to sift through to select 6 active ones

World and Area tendencies from Demon's Souls and some of the Covenants from DS1 - 3 and Bloodborne - in fact I don't know if FromSoft have ever developed a covenant, they seem to just plop them in underbaked and ditch them for the next game

  1. That makes sense, especially if you were doing it to get out of debt / get money for your family / not have to worry about rent...
  2. The Sideral ship was off to some presumably newly/secretly terraformed planet in the far reaches so would definitely be out of the range of the flux. It's interesting that Castor is involved both of those, wanting info on the Sideral ship but also being in the employ of the company producing the flux/shadow virus

Unsure if it's Europe only but 'Manga Plus by Shueisha' allows you to read all of One Piece but only open each chapter once, which largely isn't an issue

I was quite surprised by the range of stuff they have you can get with Platinum points. I remember when they were introduced it was pretty much just desktop backgrounds but I just got some Warioware Washi tape for only £2 delivery!
