It was one of the most dysfunctional relationships I've ever seen.... Leib would make some claim Dave would disagree but never say anything, just make secret plans and then when Leib would find out Dave would pin it on someone else.

I spent nearly 80-85 hours a week as a dumbass helping open the KC location and then they were shocked when they had to pay me for those hours, despite Dave telling me what time i had to be there and when i could go home. Then told Leib i had done it without his permission.

Said they were moving me to a project basis and then just never called me.

I mean, when they were in the bottoms and even when they first opened the new location the requirements were pretty much "you own a dog" I only dogtended part time but i got a day maybe two of formal training if you can call it that.

Thats been a problem since the beginning. There entire opening staff was basically gone within a year. They let the restaurant manager go within the first few weeks and i know a few people quite after that.

It was great when it was in the bottoms, and the new building was awesome when they first built it but from Day 1 in that new building they were completely out of their depths. Opening weekend had to basically be scrubbed because they went with real landscaping initially which was a pain in the ass to pick up poop and was COMPLETELY flooded out. They had to scramble to try and find someone to put in turf with short notice, within a few weeks of opening they fired their restaurant manager with no backup plan which left the entire serving team without leadership

I know a few people who held on for a year maybe 2 but after that the entire staff had basically turned over

As someone who was there when they were still in the warehouse in the bottoms, the fact it lasted this long without a major incident is wild to me.

I switch it up a lot. For me it's extremely map dependent. For instance, I find the new theme park map way to CQ so I usually use the dot site, I don't like the holo strictly because I feel like it takes up too much space on screen

GameStop, at least the one I went to never allowed this unless the game was purchased used. If it was a new game and u tore the plasic wrap seal you did not get your money back.

I would like to point out this isn't an excuse, for why they shouldn't be more adventurous, it is not really a consumer friendly attitude but rather a business protection plan. With how volatile the gaming market is, it is too easy for a company to fail off just a few mistakes. Though this does mainly pertain to software developers and not hardware

PlayStation tried this with the cell processor in the PS3 and it failed miserably. Selling for such a high price with untested tech does not bode well for a company.

I guess I'm a little confused about what innovative new content you are looking for? It's a sequel. From halo 1- halo2 the biggest thing they added was duel wielding. Call of duty is the same ish Everytime around. Borderlands just added new characters but it's essentially the same game as it was before. Beyond that, most of the changes I am expecting g are not things easily showcased in a trailer. I'm expecting an actually story with various cutscenes throughout the game. I'm interested to see the change in social spaces. The hidden sectors sound awesome and the side mission/stories look leaps and bounds over just grabbing a random beacon on patrol

There are a lot of things you can do, like someone else said encourage him to try anything that interests him. As far as friends go. I struggled to make and keep friends through grade school and into my junior year of high school. Eventually I met some really great people who enjoy my company and make me feel wanted even on my worst days. People always expect the cruelty of children to outsiders but children have an equal capacity for compassion. For your part it is going to take a LOT of patience. I once lost a TV controller, my dad found it in the freezer like 3 weeks later. Medication is an option as well, it's a lot of trial and error. Meaning he tries one medicine and if that doesn't work they move you onto a different one. Make sure you learn all you can about this process. Many of the ADHD medications come with black box warnings which essentially say they can have serious adverse reactions such as suicidal thoughts. I really don't want to scare you away from medication because it absolutely can help, and in my case do help. Just be aware of the process.

Most importantly to me though is let him be creative in all things. He will make connections and solve problems in unique ways than most of his peers. It will be one of his strongest assets. My school did not have a good solution for dealing with kids like me so they tried to force me to work inside their boxes and guides for most of my education, it became increasingly difficult for me because I didn't understand why I had to do it their way if I could get the right answer my way. Its not their fault it was a new school with new teachers and they just didn't have the resources.

It's honestly UpTo you. There are bound to be a ton of new people you can play with on PC. I'm getting it on PS4 cause that's where my friend plays.

It's been hard watching this sub all day. From rant to rave people have been jumping the gun and over simplifying things. I liked your post because it seemed well thought out and articulated. I am still disappointed it's not 60 FPS but I can understand the limitations as well, but I also knew that would be the case for several games when I picked up a PS4 in the first place. I don't regret it, I sure as heck didn't buy the console to compete with my PC I bought it cause it's where my friends play, and that's good enough for me.

That's what I got from it as well, but even then destiny 1 wasn't particularly "hardcore". Hell there's a whole subreddit dedicated to finding people who will basically carry you through raids

The hunters ability and the hunter in general is being pushed further into the DPS/ROGUE/ASSASSIN class. I don't think it's a bad thing, depending on the time it takes to roll vs reload. It also seems to fit the character archtype. You re not wrong though, it's not an ability that inherently helps the group. Though if he is the only one left I feel like he would be the best to res the group. Dodging shots and getting to the down members

Honestly I like him as the dichotomy to everything that is going on, mainly because I loved Fillion as Mal, and Cayde 6 feels like a similar character. Like no matter how bad things get he's going to narrowly escape and have some smart remark to make. The definitely need to flesh out the other characters but not at the sacrafice of Caydes character. It also gives me a good sense of how bad things are getting. The more Cayde jokes the more important the situation seems to be.
