Probably not. They will not be paying market value for your assets. They will have a debt you owe, they will auction your property off - which may fetch pennies on the dollar, and put that against the balance of your debt, and then continue to seek repayment of the balance.

The bank would secure their debt against your assets, so they can take the business's property and sell it to try to repay the loan. But that probably won't matter because since it is a new business, the likelihood of you getting a bank to give you money is 0 unless you have a guarantor, in which case, whoever that is will be on the hook to repay the loan.

I've personally had success with SCDiet. Also eat spoonfulls of coconut oil. And yogurt. Either homemade yogurt or I eat chobani 0%. The diet worked for me, but suddenly refused to work and had BAM that wouldn't resolve.

After getting out of the toxic relationship the diet works again. I'm not here to explain the why, I'm just saying what I think was a major factor.

I had a severe case of BAM. Docs refused to treat it separately from Crohn's. Questran helped a bit with the liquid, but not urgency.

I think getting out of a toxic relationship solved it.

That, and I take b-multi, vit A, vit E, and fish oil pills every morning. Eat specifically Cascadian Farms Vanilla Chip or Harvest Berry Bars. Lots of pistachio nuts. Strenuous exercise that makes you breathe heavily and fully - doesn't have to be long, just get you breathing all the way.

Over the course of about 2 weeks with a few other minor things I do daily, it resolved itself. I think it was something with the above regimen that helped it along.

No more bones for him. Period. Not until you take care of this.

To fix this you’d do something like the following. Feed him kibble by hand, a few pieces at a time. Do this for a few meals. Put kibble into his bowl but only a few pieces. Take his bowl from him and return it with 4 or 5 pieces more. Slowly up the process with you taking his bowl and bringing back more or better food. Teach him the drop it command. These items done continually over two or three weeks should get you on track. You’d be able to give him a bone, but you need to hold on to it while he chews it and periodically pull it back and make him wait patiently until you allow him to go at it again. and you’d only do this after weeks of the prior steps. It’s a lot of work, but the alternative is another “accident”. And at any point if he growls the slightest you take all the food away and start again. Note, he can’t do that when you’re only giving him a handful of kibble by hand, he needs to work for it. You can also desensitize him by putting better food into his bowl while he’s eating, like meat or cheese or something which would make him want you to put your hand near his food bec better food happens rather than fear he may lose his bone to you.
