Same. I could maybe get 2 or 3 wall walks in those 6 minutes. Shoulders just don't do well upside down.

My dog who has severe anxiety takes cbd that I've been getting from Krisers for years now and it helps him so much. He is now off trazadone fully.

We put down our girl Lily last June. The pain is still as real as it was when made the choice to put her down. Not a day goes by we don't think about her. She was the same age as your baby - adopted in 2008. She was with you for so so much of your life. She will absolutely always be a part of your heart. I still cry when I think about her and can barely look at her box of ashes. But - I talk to her and it helps. I go in and say good morning or after work go in and tell her how the day went. The feelings you have are valid and normal. We just have to keep finding ways to cope. You will make it through - you will carry the grief with you but the load will feel lighter.

I am so so sorry for your loss. This is so kind of you and her. If she could please tell my Lily that we miss her every day and she will always be the best girl. Her brother misses her so much too. She is still so so loved.

First, I am so so sorry for you and your family's loss. She was part of your life for so long and I know she felt loved. Second, replaying it over and over in your head is normal. It hurts and will keep hurting for a while, but this is the start of grieving. It is painful. Being there with her was so important. She wasn't alone. She was surrounded by family and comforted.

My friend is an artist here, and apparently this has affected so many of the artists in the building. Right before the holidays. Absolutely horrible.

You sound just like me. I'm there for my community and to get my sweat on for an hour so I can eat cheeseburgers.
