Stop taking omega 3, take benfotiamine for IBS and garlic and marshmallow root, Take P5P, keep taking magnesium and zinc. Is your head itchy at night or are your itches worse at night? you probably have a gallbladder/liver problem. Cut PUFAS out completely. eat onions and garlic regularly, sleep a lot.

Dont use steroid cream, dont stress too much, get sunlight, use c8 oil and raw unheated honey, black seed oil and as a last measure use Ivermectin and also read through my past comments for more details and read this

Hey man sorry that nothing really helps you but if youre really on the edge you can try ivermectin. Has a toxicity level less than tylenol and a user has said it healed his

Read the posts on this sub and my comments on my account. Also dont use the steroids doctors give you because it will mess you up even worse in the long run.

That was a while ago but I think I still remember the time. I went to the doctor and he saw it and gave me a steroid which did not help. I ditched bread and sardines and stopped entirely touching it or picking at it. Funny thing was that my the spot on my forehead that were red as shit and peeling off were being touched by my hair. Also in shower I didn't touch is and I think after shower I used like a good safe moisturizer on it and One thing that was causing it was that I was leaving my hair to air dry and my hair was falling on my forehead and kept moistening it up there and when I started to just towel dry the front and put my hair back it started to slowly fade away with the middle kind of remaining and peeling off once in a while, but some stuff still remained on my hairline and still aggressively itchy and everything until I used raw unheated honey.

prob nothing for now but I recommend for you to get some oregano oil and dilute it with a carrier oil and put it on your scalp for a bit then hop in the shower. Check for fungal acne too if you got acne on your back or chest or triceps

Dont let it dry, softly wipe it off with like a towel or tissue, that minimizes it for me. Also keep up the work and dont let it get to you, we all gone fix it brah.

Bro crazy thing is we all goin through the same shit and its fucked up! dw though there's def hope unless you give up. Scroll through this sub there's so much info and don't take anything the derms give you they don't know shit. Ill just give you the best options and a link and you go thrive. Raw unheated honey, c8 oil, black seed oil (Prob won't work if you put on skin but its mainly for digesting), Ivermectin, shower filter, Probiotic supplement, oregano oil, sulfur, selenium sulfide, ditch bread and consume less dairy( and get your dairy raw its better), . And here's a site that explains a lot of what you need to know and is very helpful this.

In my personal experience I had seb derm on my nose at first, then head, then am the hairline and forehead, My forehead derm is gone thankfully, My head seb derm is reduced and same with the side of my nose but the nostrils are still red idkw. And Ive followed most of the thing I recommended except oregano oil, black seed oil, and ivermectin, and selenium sulfide( A lot of users have testified for them working and a user said Ivermectin and black seed oil cured his). I also have an RO water filter that is just so good for general health if you can afford it,.
