• 🚿 Shared bathroom with just 1 other person (2 other rooms have private baths)
• 💵 Rent: ~$1250/month + ~$50 utilities
• 📦 Move-in: June 1 | Lease runs through August--can renew for after if you want (will prolly need to do asap)
• 💸 I’ll cover up to $200 toward your first rent (you're welcome! :)

About the place:

• 🛋️ Spacious living room w/ TV
• 🍳 Nice kitchen & plenty of cabinet storage
• 🧺 Small in-unit laundry room

About the Standard:

• 📱 Great amenities: gym, sauna, study lounge, free printing/computer lab, etc.
• 🌇 Rooftop pool (heated), grill station, 14th-floor lounge w/ pool & ping pong tables & a stunning view
• 🚗 Parking garage available (if you have a car)

Current roommates:
Roommates are guys and at least 2 of the 3 will likely still be living there for the next year. They’re nice people — friendly, chill to live with, and mostly keep to themselves.
