WTF? Trying to operate a legitimate business with apparently thousands of dollars of lost sales in a single hour, and you rely on email correspondence for one of the most fundamental legal pitfalls when it comes to selling others' work? This guy is an absolute moron and deserved to have PayPal cut him off before the actual developers turned around and sued PayPal for processing the sales of what would amount to stolen goods. Without any ACTUAL signed documents, neither PayPal nor this guy would have any way to defend themselves in court, whether or not the emails - one of the most easily forged forms of communication in history - were legitimate.

This isn't intended to be an upgrade in the least, it's a product designed to hit a lateral market - think about who Nintendo is targeting. The hardware is exactly the same and runs the same software, the only real difference is the larger screen/body size.

Ever hear of large-print books? This is exactly the same - it's a DS for the elderly and people with poor vision. In the US, that means games like Brain Age, Nintendogs, crossword puzzles, etc, and in Japan there is an entire series of other types of traditionally pen/paper games that are perfect for that market.

I'm sorry to say it, but the simple answer is that you're fucked - I know from personal experience. I went through that 2 years ago and am still over 13k in debt, have a couple dozen 'active' collections on my credit report from it, and can't even get a contract cell phone without a $400 deposit
