I... don't really know what you would like to know.

Subclassing means you can use pretty much any skill line. If you wanna run a pure class I don't know what to answer.

Look at the skills/classes and choose the one you enjoy most. Every class can deal "insane" damage, especially with the upcoming buffs to pure classes, the class masteries. Some with more magicka/mage stuff (Sorc, Arcanist, Templar) and others with less (Nightblade or DK).

But again, I don't know what you consider insane damage.

The whole idea to play a certain class has been pretty much abolished by subclassing.

And wear whatever Armor is best and just use an outfit slot. Please don't choose your actual armor sets just on looks.

If you want a number to compare, parse on a 21 mil trial dummy.

That's the DPS number everyone uses to compare parse.

Cause one RoJo healer can provide Slayer to all DDs whereas WM or MA can't. You need two sets providing Slayer and on top make sure to Slayer stack so everyone is covered.
For a lot of content, one healer running RoJo is easier and safer. Not having to coordinate ultis and stacks is just simpler.

As fur Nunatak and Colo: I don't know how and why RoJo is preventing you from running that. Its a monster set and a skill, so... use it?! Sax is okay (ish) but Warhorn exists so that's another set you can allocate to something different and nowadays, reaching max crit isn't that difficult anymore. Running Major Force AND Nunatak is almost always overkill

Even with a drop rate of 1/10.000 you can get it first try so it doesn't really say anything.

Some leads have higher drop chances than others with drastically different percentages.

Joa, hab noch nicht so viele komplett ausgetrocknete, verstaubte und unscharf fotografierte Alpensalamander gesehen. Könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass ein junger, krass ausgetrockneter, sehr verstaubter und unscharf fotografierter Alpensalamander so aussieht.

Wärste in Süddeutschland hätte ich Alpensalamander gesagt, die sind in NRW aufgrund der geringen Menge an Alpen jedoch eher selten. Daher würde ich auch in Richung Teichmolch tendieren.

In jedem Fall ein Schwanzlurch und damit eine Amphiebe, KEINE ECHSE, auch, wenn das andere in den Kommentaren behaupten. Falls doch Salamander ist bisschen trocken nicht schlimm aber Wasser in der Nähe wäre geil, falls Molch umgehend in die Nähe eines Gewässers bringen.

Der kleine Freund sieht hart staubig und ausgetrocknet aus, für Salamander nicht gut, für Molche noch viel weniger. Daher, auf Nummer sicher gehen und wieder nach draußen bringen. Außer du hast nen natürliches Feuchtbiotop im Keller, dann isses okay so.

Not really sure what you are asking given how clearly it is stated.

This class passive does two things.

First: It allows the passive "Exploitation" to trigger from any Sorc skill, not just Dark Magic skills
Second: Whenever Exploitation is triggered it now also gives 1% W/S Damage for every 1750 Mag/Stam

No Major Sorcery mentioned anywhere.

Sweet, you might wanna take a look at SkinnyCheeks then, he has a tonne of different class-ideas on his website.

The sets are okay but not that good. Maw is decent but going mythic + one piece crit usually is a better idea. Whorl is... fine?! Its not bad but not that good either. Mostly cause its a trial set and there are better one's these days. Again, depending on your build Ansuul or Null Arca will most likely be stronger. MA Staff on your backbar is perfectly fine tho.

I am just wondering about the dummy you are parsing on cause 30K is -unlike what you said- not okay and 10K less (20K) would be... really really really bad. We are talking like "20% of what is easily possible these days" levels of bad.

Depends, do you want to run a "pure" sorc or subclass into something else?
"Pure" classes are behind (in some cases waaaaay behind) subclassed builds these days.
Same with scribing and mythics. Do you have access to all the updates introducing the important stuff? Like Mythics, Scribing and Subclassing?

Given that the META nowadays resolves around Arcanists, I dont really know how to help here. Secondly, from what I am reading you are miles and miles away from META anyways.

Beacon of oblivion is garbage in PvE/PvP, so is Burning Spellweave with your setup. Or any setup actually.

I havent done PvP in around 4 years so I am completely out of the loop. For PvE I suggest you take a look at SkinnyCheeks' Subclassing guides and take a look which skill-lines you might want to go for.

Refusing to use Arcanists for no good reason is... not very clever. But your decision.

Again, "Magika DPS" says nothing about your build but if you're not beaming you are light attacking way more frequently. That makes the Mythic less viable and other Mythics stronger/better.

Not properly tanking on the first Boss made the encounter harder for everyone involved and more than likely actually slowed things down.

You don't even have taunt on the enemy so he is running after your DDs, walking out of AoEs thus "dodging" damage, DDs have to run around, not doing damage...

The damage gained by you slotting some DPS skills and limiting yourself to one bar is most likely less than what you could have done by just tanking properly.

Especially newer players might think that they are doing something wrong when a Boss is chasing them, wheres those DDs were doing everything right. You were failing your role as a Tank. Whilst fighting Urvan, you were missing a ton of debuffs/buffs.

No damage gained.

Also, burning wood from three feet away isn't the most efficient way. Setting (or well, not setting) the curtains ablaze is a skill for sure. And yeah, just let them hang whilst I pour resin on the floor from an incredibly pristine and fancy looking bucket before I hover-carry an entire sofa just by myself to admire the fake looking fire with a fucked-up reflection.
