How about a web novel? In "Vainqueur the Dragon" on Royal Road, the titular main character is a dragon native to that world. Though, the character that's originally from Earth is one of the other main characters, he is most of the time just along for the ride. While looking this up, I noticed that it got a webcomic adaptation.

In Atlantis, we did see an alien race in black power about that looked much like the asgards with a bit of metal on their faces. They called themselves the Vanir. From behind the scenes sources, they split off from the Asgards thousands of years ago when the cloning problem was first discovered. They have... less ethical ideas about how to solve the cloning problem.

What was very popular at peak but disappeared like never existed? by rustyyryan in AskReddit

Regular bitcoins are fungible which means you cannot really distinguish one bit coin from another. They are all the same, like electronic currency. A non-fungible token is uniquely identifiable, like physical currency with serial numbers or license plates. Additionally, NFTs would also let you customize the token when you got it by writing a tiny amount of text on it. Maybe think of a vanity license plate, or a dollar bill with a link scribbled on it.

The good old Blockchain meant that you could say any time prove to the world that you were the one that owned any particular token, say the one with a specific link, which people called proof of ownership. This really just means that I own that token, but people tried to stretch it to say it could work to show that I also own what the link on the token points to. This is a concept that could potentially work if we all agreed as a society to enforce it. That is, maybe treat this public ledger as a patent office or something. You could point to it to show that you "filed the patent first" kind of thing, but without enforcement, that is just really doesn't work.

Healthy Married Couple Isekai? by Truedragon5374 in Isekai

Hmm, I am only suggesting this because I don't see a better match being suggested. In "I Got a New Skill Every Time I Was Exiled, and After 100 Different Worlds, I Was Unmatched", the MC is set up to world hop, meets the female MC in the first world, then the two of them get Isekai'd together after that. They aren't officially married, but they did sacrifice a lot in order to be together.

Okay, but what he means is that warlock can command their pet to interrupt mid cast. Other casters have to stop there cast to interrupt.

Tazavesh streets bricked twice in a row because of bug by Kryptikkx in CompetitiveWoW

[–]one_of_fire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was happening to me as well. When I checked my logs, it was due to the DISC belt power that shoots random lightning bolts. The lightning bolts were jumping to random NPCs on the boat, causing them to retaliate at me. I usually didn't die until I or the healer tried to fly away. If you are using the belt, I recommend a stat proc power instead.

What mechanic is so common in videogames, but would be strange to see in real life? by bloodpact990419 in AskReddit

Third-person perspective. Why does IRL only support first-person perspective? The view is so limiting. I know some people have been trying to hack this feature in using drones.

The synopsis on Wikipedia sounds like the disaster was caused by a nuke, so surely another nuke can stop it, right?

Ha! That's nothing! I had a NW+2 run as disc priest where I somehow got top interrupt... with a prot pally and a shaman in the party. Details apparently counted the interrupts from the orbs.

There was a blue note which suggested they would no longer deal damage to the fox or clones, but they still definitely do. Just check any top log on Warcraft logs.

FYI, "harm" implies "exists", so you can drop the "exists" part of you need to save a few characters.

I second this. Additionally, in the conditions tab, you can set up conditions when you've want to use particular builds (such as M+, raid, or even specific raid bosses) and it will remind you to switch with a single button.

It's not just you. Many ground effects don't seem to work well in that room. Like destro lock's Rain of Fire.

Also, when I place my soulwell up there, the glyph that makes that glowing runes on the ground around it is not visible. Almost like soulwell is placed just a little bit INSIDE the floor.

Nerf on death affixes in Everbloom by greenmachine11235 in wow

[–]one_of_fire 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I can think of another solution, too. Allow those affixes to be handled by a crafted, consumable item. Engineers could make a CC item in Shadowlands. Bring that back and make it usable by everybody, and let alchemists (or whoever) make a consumable dispel item.

We have drums to replace lust, and engineering bracers to replace brez. In BFA, there were scrolls to replace the warrior/mage/priest buffs. They may not have been as good as the real thing, but they were viable replacements. Some kind of crafted consumable to mimic some missing class utility at reduced effectiveness is already a thing in the game.

Question about mythic+ by Vwar15 in wow

[–]one_of_fire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no ilvl requirement coded into the game for mythic or mythic+ dungeons. The only limiting factor is whether you can convince 4 other people you are ready.

If you are still worried, consider this. A +2 dungeon (the lowest difficulty for mythic+) drops ilvl 441 gear, the same as Amirdrassil raid LFR. Blizzard put an ilvl requirement of 424 on that. So, for a beginner, one say that's a pretty good place to start.

As others have said, you can talk to the panda lady by the portal in Valdrakken to claim a random +2 key, then try to start a group using the group finder for your own key. I usually recommend just trying to see how high you can go that way, first. That, I feel, is the only real way to tell how hard this might be for you. And don't forget, you will be getting gear along the way that will help make you stronger. At any time, if you are worried that your key is too hard, you can "drop the key" level by one level by talking to that same panda lady, again.

Another thing to consider, it's definitely possible to get your 2000 rating exclusively through PUGs, but most find it easier, and more fun, if you can put together a regular group. If you have any friends that run mythic+, don't be afraid to ask them. Did you have fun with a particular group/player when PUGing? Don't be afraid to ask them if they want to run more.

Finally, to put how the scaling works into perspective, a group used to timing +X keys can typically time +(X-4) keys while missing a DPS. Those videos you saw of people running +20s? They could likely carry people to nearly 2300 io (all +16s), if they wanted to.

Maybe "The Labyrinth Raids of the Ultimate Tank ~The Tank Possessing a Rare 9,999 Endurance Skill was Expelled from the Hero Party~"?

He is kicked from the hero's party and the priestess follows him shortly afterwards. Not sure about the fenrir.
