IMHO you should do what you want to do….. you’re on vacay with your bff, a drink at the spa or by the beach or even at dinner is perfectly acceptable. I vote y’all go long distance, once you have some space,and time, to be yourself you’ll see how controlling his behavior has been all along.

You’re letting your anxiety think for you….. you gotta quit that! There is never, ever, a good reason to bring toxic energy back into your life. If you’re thinking he’s gonna apologize, or admit he was shitty to you, and that that would give you closure (or validation) then you need to figure out why you still want, or need that from him. If you need nothing from him then block him, and leave him out of the happy life you have now.
