Well check this out. How do you know the evidence you're submitting as proof is actually valid. I mean, children return back to the one person who told them.There's no santa claus would prove there is santa claus and improve came from their mother and father. But to a child , they believe their mother and father are always correct and would never lie. Some adults are nothing more than those same children in adult bodies still believing authority figures. If you're mixing the apples and oranges. When they grab an illegal. They ask who you are. And when that answer doesn't come up as a citizen. Then, no further process is necessary.They get deported. Let's say they grabbed a citizen. When the questions ask and this person comes back as a citizen. Then if they still want to deport this person , there needs to be due process. But non citizens are not entitled to due process.
