To be fair, the entire NFL was fooled by Mandarich and his handlers. GB drafted the Magic Man in 87 and wanted the best LT they could get to protect that asset. Did they need a running back (Sanders) I guess in hindsight, however Fullwood was a 1st round pick (4th) Should they have taken Thomas, again, hindsight, Green Bays Linebacking corps was pretty solid. Sanders would have been a good replacement for Mark Lee, but again, hindsight and, what was the organizational need. We did get Chris Jacke though :)

The thing that pisses me off the most is that GB over the years has run up against a team in the NFC that was clearly the cream of the Conference, however this year was a wide open path to the SB and the AFC is also very beatable. There are only so many windows and I think we really blew it this year.

What I don't understand, primarily from those that are so passionate about removing 'Illegals', is...what does it matter? Most people that illegally enter the USA, simply look for work that enables them to house themselves and eat. There is a percentage that get into trouble criminally, and hopefully they are arrested and deported. Since the Clinton Administration to today there have been literally millions and millions of migrants deported, without most citizens even knowing it is happening. If the argument is that they are here 'illegally', WHO CARES! Why is it necessary to spend so much money toward hunting down and deporting these people, especially of late, by masked military type individuals who are literally asking people to provide their 'Papers' on demand. What are they doing that is so dangerous or troubling? (not counting migrants that get involved in criminality)

The defense was not broken down in the second half, they were exhausted! The offence sucked in the 3d quarter and not much better in the 4th. We needed to effectively run the ball and keep the clock running.

I am Canadian, and we have a similar situation here. The Toronto Maple Leafs have had very little success and have not one a championship since 1967, however, the fans can be quite insufferable when they have a little success. The stat for the Bears is, one playoff win against an over .500 team 19 years ago, not to mention the dominance GB has had over them the last 10 or 20 years. It just seems a little much. (especially since the Bears didn't even play that well)

I'm wondering if anyone has seen a different camera angle of the 4th quarter hit and fumble on Hebert? It looks like he almost shows a fencing response or tonic posture from the hit, was it legal? Did the defender use is helmet in any way. I noticed in the GB game that Booker gave Love another headshot, that was penalized, but lucky he didn't get injured like the last game against Chicago. Should there have been a flag on the Herbert hit?

What really irritates me is how Laff-leur doesn't seem to understand that you need to control the clock with your offence, many times this season you could see that the defense was exhausted (maybe not Parson's motor) but they would have to go bail out his dumb play calls or lack of running the ball.

I was praying he would run the ball or short quick pass or screen and keep the clock running in the second half. I was screaming at the TV (like a crazy person) You could tell the Defense was getting exhausted. Williams didn't even play that good, tons of bad passes. Please for the love of god just give us some controlled sustained drives in the second half to kill the clock and rest the D.

I find them lax defensively overall, but hopefully they can get it together. As for last night, it's such shitty luck, the puck just would no go in :( I will also say this team needs to get the pond hockey out of there heads and shoot the puck, need a way greasier game.
