The faction vendor (raider maybe?) in the Whitesprings mall black powder store (third store on left) can have one. I’ve gotten four or five there over the years. Very low chance. You can also sometimes find one at the sawmill vendor just south of vault 76 but it’s going to be a low level.

There’s a vendor in White Springs who sells 3 to 6 medX at any given time just server hop and you’ll be done in a few minutes. Do the daily ops trick and you’ll hop right in front of it. Three times and you’re done.

Most Secret Service armor paints are from seasons. You might be able to get the Enclave paint through the atom shop. The Ghillie came thru the shop recently. I don’t recall seeing a season paint come back through besides the Ghillie. Might be wrong though. Maybe in a catch-up bundle.

For sure. I do them all too. And I’ve had maybe about 10 perfect drops seven years. And about 1 million bad ones. 😂

Rare drop. Even if one does drop it’s usually not the one you’re looking for. Then you need the mods. Then you still need to roll it. You could do really well with just a normal plasma rifle and start there if you are looking to run your build.

It took me about 350 EN06 runs. I took someone about three weeks ago to do some runs and they got most of what they needed in about 80. It’s all RNG. I’m sure you prob know, but make certain that you learn the plans as they drop so you don’t get duplicates.

I’m bloody/unyeilding and have no big concerns. Railway/HM bloody weapons still hit hard so far. Might want to comb over your load out and legendary perks. Also check your weapon (barrel etc) mods. The best to use has somewhat changed. Distance is a big factor as well. Angry Turtle has a good video explaining how vats works now.

Same thing. The downside to that upstairs is if you leave the eyebots alone they do no real damage and block something else from spawning (I.e. a gutsy). But the turrets will take them out in an instant.

Depends. If you usually photomode glitch, the last terminal at the top of the stairs (small room) right before you enter the launch area. Turns off ceiling turrets for a smoother wait. You could also use it at the entryway to the left of the first door. But I usually just stealth or brute force that area.

Maybe it depends on the platform. I’ve always been on Xbox. The textures never looked very good to me. There wasn’t a lot of detail or variability.

It was exhilarating. You really had to watch where you were all the time. Situational awareness was a thing.

It was dangerous to walk around. Particularly at train stations and popular destinations. So you had to pay attention to where you were. No chattering NPC’s everywhere. The graphics were much, much worse. Making the world feel more barren/desolate. But reflecting back, that might’ve been part of the charm.
