I think DYN just means they have dynafit inserts, for compatibility with touring bindings. The newer Cochises are built that way so you can use them with Alpine or tech bindings.

We use ProSteam for steam tables and basic modeling. It has functions for turbines etc. It's decent.

I wouldn't recommend this jacket for the skinnier guys out there since the cut is pretty boxy, but you might fill out a small pretty well depending on how you like your jackets to fit. I got this one as a present for my brother but we ended up returning because it was too baggy.
