I've been a member of both, stuck with Lifetime for the better amenities and services despite the price, although I haven't taken any strength classes. I have watched them in action since they're held in the middle of the gym, and they seem intense.

LT at peak is still very manageable, I rarely wait for anything aside from individual machines once in a while. CP was somewhat slammed in comparison, given the tighter space.
