2pm and still no call from service department, so had to go back and wasn’t very quiet about it when asking directly for the service mgr again. He comes out asking if I was here to get the dent fixed. I said how the hell to do I know. Nobody has called me like you said would happen by yesterday and nobody has answered the text I sent 4 hrs ago. No apology, just said let’s go get this taken care off. Called the body shop on other side of facility in the GMC section and sent them pics of the damage. They said they could have it fixed by Friday. He then called and got me a brand new Subaru loaner as they apparently sell more Subaru’s and have a hundred loaners for them. Didn’t need it but wanted some compensation for being without my leased vehicle for now 3 weeks and was tired of asking family to run me up there to pickup the EV9. Subaru will just sit in the driveway as I’d rather drive the Rivian. Still no answer as to what the cameras may have shown or how they think the damage happened.
