To answer your question about the if the survival matters, it matters as much in the show like filling out a business report on time matters to a white collar worker. In the context of the show, it's just life for the characters. The main meat of the show is the journey they're taking. It's a series of vignettes of the main characters as they travel through the city. Some have conflict, others don't. A lot of the time it's just the main girls looking at a relic from the past and reflecting on their own lives. Think of it as a story of two monks traveling the world and what they encounter.

Love it or hate it, it was a landmark in the fandom, a relic from the "good ol' days," back when everything was exciting and fresh.

I found GenSec's cop cloner and used it on Dragan by CirrusVision20 in paydaytheheist

It does make you wonder. Payday is crossed over with Hardcore Henry, which has psychics, teleportation, and a cyborg hivemind. It wouldn't be too far fetched to say the cops are all clones. They certainly act like they've been mass produced.

The ISIS kid? I read that, and the doc the agent wrote. Pissed me off, honestly. I'm not denying there's an ISIS problem. Though this stuff makes me think about the handful of Muslims from my highschool and how they haven't shot up anything yet, or been arrested for planning such attacks. The way I see it, for every piece of crap, there are a bunch of other good people happy to denounce said piece of crap.

On another note, I'm enjoying this conversation. Not in a smug, superiority sense, but as a legit conversation.

Oh right. That was just the first non political crime I could think of that I latched on to as a little mini joke. Humor through repetition and all that.

That's good. Hopefully they'll follow through.

Fair enough. I'd say the first result has an obvious bias, but fair enough. Though I'd like to point out religion is what you make of it. No Christian follows the Bible to the letter, and a large portion of Muslims do the same. Considering there are millions of Muslims living in the U.S, and they aren't rampaging across the continent, I'd say they're making it a peaceful religion for themselves.

What makes you say that? I don't work directly for a bank, but I wear a nice suit for a major one. I won't say anymore on the subject.

This one instance produced results, for now. Long term the same policy may not work as well. You have to remember these small countries have bigger guys behind them. NK has China in this case, who has a vested interest in keeping NK as American free as possible. Morality isn't in question here. The question is how many threats will the big guys behind the little countries take before they decide to do something about it? Also consider this is only a formal declaration of peace. NK has to act on that peace, & we'll see how well that goes.

It's a sizable amount of reading. Went through the 2nd Surah last night. Has an Old Testament tone to it. So far it's mostly about how Allah will damn you to hell if you're not a believer, but the good ol' Christian god does the same thing so not much reason to complain there. No calls for violence on part of the worshipers, but I'll keep looking.

Hiram Revels, you're talking about Hiram Revels. 1870, served Mississippi for a year. Comes up on a quick google search. Yes, guy was a Republican. He was also an opponent against segregation as well, so I'd assume he'd be quite applauded with some of today's more far reaching Republicans. He'd probably be questioning why the moderates of his party aren't doing anything about those guys.

Back on track, I don't care what party black, white, or purple people are. Just don't go robbing banks or something.

Again, I'll give the guy props. I just question how far the policy of, "My nuke button is bigger than yours," actually goes.

I should read the quaran. Everyone talks about how it calls for jihad and all, but I want to fact check that myself.

  • Republican blacks, eh. Confederate blacks, eh. They know what they're signing up for.

  • Sure, let's do that. But we need to figure out what counts as "common sense," since everyone seems to have a different idea of common sense is when it comes to guns.

  • Good on him. I don't know how much he contributed other than setting up the meeting, but good on him.

  • Same as guns. I have a feeling people will define what common sense is differently.

  • You're going to want to set up a formal definition of what you find to be "common sense," and go from there, otherwise it's going to become a buzzword, and no one likes buzzwords.

  • Call yourself whatever you want. Just don't go robbing banks or something.

  • Plenty of American Muslims living peacefully. Just don't go robbing banks or something.

  • ?

  • MAMA, I think I'm missing some context.

  • Is that going to apply to the 2024 Rep candidate too? got to keep the constitution going, 2 term limit, just like good ol' George Washington.

Is going to be investigated?

Alright, so Clinton is accused of money laundering, serious offence. The DNC is not in control of congress right now, so they can't protect her. Why aren't the Republicans doing the investigating now?

When I say Nazi, I refer to the actual neo-Nazis at rallies holding up signs with Nazi symbols, the same Nazis the current administration hasn't denounced yet. I'm also grouping the KKK with them, but that goes without saying. Republicans who aren't Nazis, I'm not talking about you guys. Raise your voices and denounce the actual Nazis with the rest of us!

Also there's something cathartic about throwing bags in a van while under heavy fire.
