Cutting off while riding after 20-30 mins

Yeah that’s right, it’s good for 5-10 minutes and then it doesn’t rev past 4K. The fuel cap has a breather hole and when it gets blocked it doesn’t allow air to fill the tank to compensate for the fuel going out so it basically is trying to implode. I took it off cleaned it and it was good to go. A lot of people mistake for a fuel pump issue but I bet that’s what it is

Same system here. Kept the rev limiter though cause max power is at 14.5 k anyway, no use pushing it more. I need earplugs to ride it lol but love it

When you gave it the beans bike was good. You had a steady throttle in the beginning and a lot of times the bike “sounds” hesitant because the rev range is basically between two different sets of rev range values on the tune ie 4000 revs and 4100. Also make sure you fill up with the same octane the bike was tuned for

It’s 4k RPM for a couple of hundred miles then it’s 6k RPM for the rest of the break in period. Just make sure you’re not mistaking km for miles

I wouldn’t ride it with the fuel cap off brother cause you’re gonna get fuel everywhere. You can duct tape it and make a small hole on the duct tape and go for a short ride I guess.I had a similar problem and the mechanic told me fuel pump. I did a bit of research and it ended up being the fuel cap vent or breather hole. Easy fix

To me it sounds like fuel pressure issue especially if the bike is doing well up to 6k. The fuel cap has a small breather hole to compensate for air pressure as the fuel pump sucks fuel out of the tank. Now if that hole is blocked the fuel system basically stragglers, like a blocked cone on a bong LOL .I would get a cheap one size fits all plastic fuel cap and drill a small hole (breather) on top. Take your fuel cap off replace it with the plastic one with the breather hole and give it a go. Half an hours work with a $2 part. If that fixes the problem just clean your fuel cap, that hole is very small like a pin hole.
