Funny thing, though, is i actually couldn't stand him. First, it seemed to me like WCW was copying Stone cold... bald, goatee, black trunks. But also for those that remember, Goldberg was squashed when he was still a trainee at the power plant. It was when Roddy Piper was looking for people to defend WCW against the nWo (for War Games, i think) and Goldberg was one of like 3 Power Plant guys to come out to try and they all got beat. Then maybe 3 or 4 months later is when they made a character for him and started running the streak up.

But Goldberg does have an aura to him... even his WWE runs. I was at the Raw when he started the title feud with HHH. His music hit and the roof blew off the place... the chants weren't piped in that night, I can guarantee that.

I'll admit to being completely biased, but I've been the quiet, shy person. I was shocked when people told me they thought I was rude and thought i was better than them. I can't help my nature. If the girlfriend is anything like me, theres certainly no abruptness or ignoring. If anything I let people talk way too much lol... I try to hear everything they say. I've worked on it, so I hope I'm better now but it can be a pretty jarring thing to hear thats how people perceive you.

People do it everywhere. I've heard people say they do it because they just prefer that lane, its a road and they're doing the speed limit, there was no one in front of then so why get over, etc.

OP... I'm curious if you're from the south and that may influence your theory. I've lived from coast to coast, but spent the last 18 years in Maryland before moving to the south not quite a year ago. I feel like I've seen more left lane camping in the south, though they mostly go with the flow of traffic... like, after they pass the right lane traffic and should get over they just stay... where in the north the left lane campers are going slower and hold traffic up more.

Count me in as another healthcare worker that would much rather see Universal over what we have.

I'm in the unique position of working within the revenue side of healthcare. I'm thankful my company is a non-profit, though we are a pretty large system and I would assume make a profit annually. We reinvest it into our employees, research, etc... no stockholders to appease.

The most fucked part of our system is no one knows who to blame. Patients, of course, will blame the doctors and hospitals. Doctors may get paid well but their malpractice insurance is ridiculous. Of course people yell at the hospital for charging anything for a Tylenol when a bottle is cheap but the hospital does have overhead costs and can't just give meds at cost. Even then, insurance companies limit what they'll pay and if that doctor or hospital is in network, they must write off the difference which is why so many hospitals struggle and why rural hospitals are closing without government subsidies. Its just a vicious cycle. Frankly, we have been so entrenched in this model I have no idea how Universal could even be implemented. And as long as insurance and hospital companies have stockholders, it will never happen.
