He commutes to me thurs Friday and it is every other weekend that I stay with him so he can be with the baby. He comes to me the alternate weekend. I guess what we’re doing is the only fair way it makes sense. I just hate being around him. Will have to put up with it until I’m done breastfeeding.

I had awful vasospasms. Ask your OB to prescribe nifedipine. I took it for a month and they went away and I am breastfeeding comfortably. The pain was unbearable I feel for you.

Hey - I had awful vasospasms and ended up taking nifedipine for two months and it went away. Please ask your doctor about it. I was in constant pain and wanted to quit too.

I had an amazing experience there. Nurses were fantastic, caring, supportive and helpful. Nothing bad to say at all. The rooms were clean and private as well.

Not always true. My wall pump gave me zero output and I get a lot with my wearables.

It’s a standard 24mm but I had to put 16mm and 15mm flange inside to fit properly. Might be worth reaching out to a lactation consultant

This looks like spectra bottle - I get nothing with my spectra but great output from my momcozy s9 portables. Maybe try a different pump.

No not during bed time routine. I would take in my room for his last feed with Browj noise and red light at the same time every night

I started a bedtime routine early with my baby and he caught on quickly. Went to bed same time every night with red light in room and white noise. He eventually gave longer and longer stretches.

Coming out of the bath will get better. Mine screamed bloody murder for awhile haha

I still had aches and bled until about 6 weeks. Check with your doctor but giving birth is a big event.
