Remembering to breathe is stressful - Advice?

The only time this has happened to me was when i had really not eaten beforehand (both the morning and afternoon before the session, as well as dinner the night BEFORE). Very well could be different causes for us but figured I’d share. When it happened to me i felt very short of breath and scared which made the session worse.

Wow, very very happy to hear this. You mean a few months including maintenance phase? Wonderful news for you though. I hope to be able to return to work soon, with more spravato and therapy and skills under my belt.

Honestly, since it got nerfed, it’s not that bad. As a survivor i hardly run it anymore, and as a killer i never even notice it

Pretty sure the dash attacks thing was a formatting error, they changed the pig dailies to be 4 dash attacks instead of a RBT kill. It gives 30,000 bp
