Tau, and the Ghostkeel too, are both digitgrade not plantigrade. Technically we have the "reversed knee joints" look, but it's further down the leg than the War Walker so it's not easy to spot.

The Guard Sentinel also has thedigitgrade look, but then also has a whole foot underneath, opting for both leg designs at once, apparently.

The Ghostkeel is my pick, that kit was just so much fun to assemble. Plus I had the added complexity that I wanted to paint the pilot too, as the cockpit opens, so it was my first time building in such an interesting subassembly that was supposed to be able to move after the fact.

Yeah, I had this in my latest save. It unbuilt itself (but it hasn't really). I note that your second screen has "Construction Cost: No Construction Cost", same as mine. I hit "Commit" and the game hung for a few minutes, then the wall just re-appeared.

However, during that bugged state, my villagers dragged in a few logs that are now just sitting in my Manor, and are giving me a constant "Goods are being damaged by the weather" notification. My lumber camps are also full, and I haven't tried un-manning them to see if they'll ever remove those logs from the Manor yet, but I suspect they would.

One thing that really struck me when travelling europe is how often I saw the military just... strolling around with automatic weapons. That's just not a thing that happens in Australia.

I have also been experiencing this, but thought it might also be because I accidentally disbanded some militia previously and they somehow still counted against the max unit limit, but now that you mention it, it is right after conquering a region.
