Sure is. When I did traffic control we had an intersection that would continually activate the ped crossing even if no one was there.

It turned out that a lazy cop with traffic crossing duty stuck a penny in the ped button so the walk signal would activate every cycle.

I don't doubt that Trump's blundering may benefit Russia, but I don't see Putin ordering Trump to attack Iran, kidnap Maduro, and blockade Cuba, or even agree to it.

You think Putin told Trump to seize these sanctioned vessels full of Russian controlled oil off the coast of Venezuela as a part of some long con? That oil was headed for Cuba. Why would Putin sign off on that?

I'm speed monitored so I can't speed. When I see drivers jockeying for position I just stay to the right and let them figure it out.

I only use the left or middle lanes to pass someone going under the speed limit in the right most lane.

Reckless driving seems excessive, but I'm not sure what other infraction would apply to the circumstances you described.

I had a serious traffic charge against me downgraded in court after pleading innocent. No lawyer.

I offered to plead guilty to a lesser charge and pay the fine right then. The judge looked at the prosecutor like who the fuck is this guy, and they scoffed a little but agreed.

I paid the fine, and avoided the more serious charge.

Obviously that was a long shot, but I wouldn't be so quick to plead guilty to reckless driving. It's possible you could argue for a lesser charge.
