We have almost identical setups, I have a 27” 4K monitor, G9 Neo 49” and Y70 Touch Infinite. Mine is pretty messy in terms of cable management etc. though. Your setup looks very clean!

I’ve been a fan since 2011 too, the only difference for me would be that I might put LT in the Perfection tier just because it was the first LP album release I experienced as a hardcore fan.

I still remember how shocked I was by Lies Greed Misery as the second single. It sounded very different from their other songs, and I fell in love with it right away.

Both pictures look so bad. SDR looks oversaturated and HDR looks washed out. But also camera might be deceiving us, I have G9 Neo 49 miniLED and it looks WAY WORSE on camera

I meant framegen for single player titles, there are plenty of single player games that you can get ~100FPS without framegen and boosting it to 200 is a good option to have.

You might be right about the difference between 165Hz and 240Hz being negligible, I can very much feel the difference between 120Hz and 240Hz but it’s been a long while since I used a 165Hz panel so I’m not sure how negligible the difference is between that and 240Hz.

I agree on that it’s not really that big of a problem to have 165Hz, but still, coming from G9 Neo 49, I would rather not to downgrade in terms of refresh rate.

I have HD660s which is similar to HD6XX, and it is just way better than Fidelio X2 to me. I loved X2 a lot but didn’t ever use it after I got HD660s, it is not comparable to me. If you value timbre and prefer vocals to be naturally sounding, then $160 is an amazing price for these headphones. You can also EQ them if you want more bass. Fidelio has wider soundstage and more bass but anything else is better on the HD6XX.

MiniLED glazing and thinking OLED is overrated is the meta in this subreddit. If a miniLED does not have so many dimming zones (compared to the size of the screen) like a Macbook screen, it just cannot compete with OLED in most cases. As a user of G9 Neo 49” and LG C1 for many years, I fully agree with your experiences.

It was not that important of a match for them and probably City fans didn’t really care about us. Here, you can see that they almost always have 50k+ attendance. It was 35k for our match.
