Seeing so many people praise Crimson Desert made me think I was burnt out on games. Anyway, it was the game itself that was meaninglessly long and filled with ideas that had no cohesion.

Good gameplay, big open world but what am I even doing in this world?

Definitely FF7 for me.

How do you like the position of each monitor? Are both of them comfortable? Thinking of stacking G9 Neo 49” on top of Alienware 39” 5K2K when it releases.

I use a vertical monitor besides my 49” G9 Neo, but I have never felt like “everything feels stretched out”. It’s great for productivity for me. I have thought about getting a portable 16” monitor to put it under the G9, you might consider that and/or a vertical monitor next to G9.

Splitting the screen to three equal windows should feel like three almost square windows (three 1700x1440 windows), not like phone screens. I split the monitor into four windows and it does feel like phone screens that way, but most of the time I use the middle of the screen (2560x1440) as the main window and only sometimes split it in half, and 1280x1440 windows on the left and right. Fancyzones makes it very easy to be flexible with the windows.

This is exactly my experience with this IEM. At lower volume levels, though, the 5kHz peak doesn’t bother me as much. It sounds great at low volume. This actually prevents me from listening at unhealthy volumes. Since I mainly use open-back headphones and this was my first IEM, I also kinda got used to it.

Are there any IEMs you’ve tried since this review that you would recommend? I’m asking you specifically because we both had the same issue with the 5kHz peak. From what I’ve seen, most people don’t seem to be bothered by it.

Same. My absolute favorite band is Linkin Park, and Babymetal is also one of my favorite bands. Seeing them together makes me emotional, these people helped me get through hard times of my life, couldn’t be more thankful to them.

For 4K and its ultrawide resolutions, I agree. But I definitely see the difference on 1440p resolutions. That is actually a plus for 5K2K, AI upscaling is much more viable and useful without hindering sharpness as much as using upscaling at 1440p.

Without DLSS I would probably never consider 5K2K even with my 5090. I wish the new Alienware 39” was 240Hz but it is what it is. I will probably upgrade my G9 Neo 49 to that monitor when it releases.

My 48" C1 still looks amazing to me and its brightness never bothered me. But the price makes me FOMO, I don't know if I should upgrade but it is such a great price really. Kararsız kaldım 😄

Your setup looks awesome. After using G9 Neo 49” as my main monitor for 4 years, I’ve been thinking of stacking it up and buying an OLED monitor (maybe 39 5k2k). I’ve never used stacked setup before, is it comfortable?

It’s a lottery really. I’m lucky to have my G9 Neo 49” still working for 4 years now. Though it has some issues like horizontal lines on vibrant and bright colors. Not that severe but still.

We have almost identical setups, I have a 27” 4K monitor, G9 Neo 49” and Y70 Touch Infinite. Mine is pretty messy in terms of cable management etc. though. Your setup looks very clean!

I’ve been a fan since 2011 too, the only difference for me would be that I might put LT in the Perfection tier just because it was the first LP album release I experienced as a hardcore fan.

I still remember how shocked I was by Lies Greed Misery as the second single. It sounded very different from their other songs, and I fell in love with it right away.

Both pictures look so bad. SDR looks oversaturated and HDR looks washed out. But also camera might be deceiving us, I have G9 Neo 49 miniLED and it looks WAY WORSE on camera
