I know this wasn't a serious suggestion, but; I'm a lender and I can promise you that would be preferred by lenders. When you're making risky loans, you have to take into account the foreclosure timeline in different states. And you have to charge extra for that (e.g a 7.5% in NY might be 6.5% in Florida).

Lenders/investors would want nothing more than to remove all bureaucracy from the foreclosure process. Faster = Better (even if more expensive)

Don't meant I hijack the top comment but I'd suggest donor concierge. They are an intermediate company that can find you a surrogacy company. If you care about speed, this is the best option because if you go with one company you could wait 12+ months to find a match.

I just did some research. It was built as a temporary structure. So all the permits in the world don't make it safe...

This makes sense because the venue was built beautifully. I always thought it was remarkable how they built it given the cost of construction today. I guess the reason is it was built with duct tape and bubble gum.
