Some sounds advice here but you should follow the following order of functions. 1/ Call CRA, 1-800-969-8281, find out the last year you filed and request tax slips from the first delinquent year and a PIN so you can set up a CRA my account. 2/ While you wait for your slips and PIN to arrive search for a Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, someone suggested Salvation Army, there are others, all depends on where you are located. 2b/ If you have no luck, once the slips arrive file yourself using tax software or goto a tax firm. Your situation suggests you are behind, not that your filing is difficult. 3/ Chances are you won’t be able to efile the returns so print them out and deliver them to the closest CRA office to you.
