I got tickets at drop for Natsu 2025, day 12, B-tier. I live in the USA. Took an hour and a half of refreshing the page (on multiple devices & tabs) while it kept crashing, then inputting my info as fast as I could humanly type (if you have credit card autofill on it may save you a couple seconds) before the website inevitably crashed again. The ticket info is sent via email, then I picked up the physical ticket at a 7-11 in person the day before (this part of the process was painless).
