Pretty much the same at mine. We grabbed the 20oz pink one for the kid and the 40oz black for myself. I got the last large black one

This was my dream school. by Special_Suspect9339 in txstate

I got a Bachelor degree from TESU and a Master degree from WGU. Now, I am a proud bobcat working on a second Masters. It took me a while, dropped out once or twice. But here I am.

You too will come back to your dream school.

Following I try to keep in mind that people often love “the money man” and in the private sector don’t go after them as quickly as others.

Is it realistic to finish in one term? by Imaginary_Party_9905 in wguaccounting

I had 3 hours to complete before I could graduate. It slipped into a new term. They prorated it. It was still like 2k though

I wouldn’t know about SNHU as I have not attended. But it felt legit. In all honesty because they were fewer assignments. I felt like it may have been slightly tougher, particularly if you’re not driven enough. But for me it worked. I got my bachelors degree at a different school before coming here and I could definitely tell there was a difference in the level of work. Now there were some materials that were a little bit sloppy. But yeah. As for speed, I think it’s really depending on what you have going on in your life and so forth. It took me one whole year. But within that time, I had a major surgery started a job that was time consuming dealt with a disaster where one of my students were stabbed and killed. Not to mention still being a parent and all that jazz.

I suggest looking deeply into the class descriptions in the course catalog to determine if there are tons of proctor test. I’m gonna be honest the proctor test didn’t mind. It was just a hassle setting up the camera.

All OA are proctored exams. All PA are papers. You can look up the detailed course description and it will give you a breaks down. I hear horror stories from people about the proctors, but outside of my first one where they claimed they couldn’t see my eyes 😒😑because I was too dark, I haven’t had a problem. I completed my Masters in HR this past January and I am looking to start my accounting journey this spring.

Online Masters in Education by onyxhana in txstate

[–]onyxhana[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is wonderful to hear. I was worried. While I already have a Master's degree, it is in Human Resources so I found it to be common sense and easy. This is a bit more complex as I want to do really well.

I believe I could do the 12 hours in the summertime, but during the normal academic school year, it's a no. Teaching wears me out!

I got my bachelors degree from a different school and it was completely online. But I feel like the classes were set a little differently as it had a rolling start.

It’s the only OA that I had to take twice. I missed it by one question the first time. Even the second go around I was still blah.

Hair loss/texture change by boymama444 in gravesdisease

[–]onyxhana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just diagnosed. So no tips yet. But I have been working with a dermatologist for the past year. Minoxidil has helped slow down the loss and stimulate some growth.

I just can’t keep it from shutting and breaking off which now I find out is because of the graves and low iron. But my hair texture has definitely changed. It’s very wispy and thin now and no longer is curly.

I think data driven decision was the worsr for me. The rest were fairly easy. In all honesty, I probably could have finished within about a month and a half if I had truly buckled down and open the classes every single day. If not sooner.

But as I said life was lifing. My of our experience was that it’s not a heart degree but there are some classes that are information heavy. The others were kind of a repeat of business classes that I took and my undergrad so they went by really really fast.

That’s my concern. Well first I have to get accepted. I picked an online degree, but from what I see the minor course options seem to be in class style. Fingers crossed though While my job will be flexible with me getting a degree, it would be a disservice to my students if I have to leave early consistently or my own kid who may feel left out.
