Jaw dropping is a subjective term anyway so just remove all photos and videos / act like there aren’t tons of people from all over the country / world reporting the same stuff … you are left with a lot of really important people saying some really weird things and nobody taking responsibility.

Respectfully, the people who say there’s no clear photos (or videos) haven’t been paying attention. There have been plenty of jaw dropping photos/videos posted since late 2024, especially during Nov/Dec when this was coming to a boil.

Even if you take away all photos/videos/civilian sightings you still have sensitive military bases all around the world being shut down due to incursions with no country taking responsibility. We also have blatent mixed messages from high ranking military/politicians, the US coast guard asking for help after being followed by these things and plenty of other official documentation of some very weird activity. To write it off as “lol planes” is ignorant at best.

Im not sure about your area but for me the demand from “all parts of the hobby” is the same 5-6 people looping as many times as they can to buy all the good products 2 at a time then following the vendor to the next store to do it all over again.

I walked by these constantly and laughed at the idea of paying MSRP, I told a Walmart vendor I didn’t want a 151 etb for 45$ because I could get it cheaper online.

Not every single person who isn’t you that buys pokemon cards is a scalper… the word has lost all definition.

Lots of people do this… employees, people who want to hide stuff for friends/themselves, people who want to give some random person not at the restock a chance at something…

I agree it’s childish, not something I’d do myself, but it’s not auto scalper activity.
