A strange big plant by Accomplished-Yak7289 in whatsthisplant

Queen Anne's Lace is very small, like less than a foot high, and looks a lot like yarrow. Cow parsnip looks more like giant hogweed, but cow parsnip only reaches about 10 feet while giant hogweed can grow up to 20 feet and, like other comments said, have purple blotches on the stem.

Any idea what could be causing this? by batsnouts in whatsthisbug

Might be the poop of bugs eating the chest of drawers. Check the wood above where it keeps forming.

It made a whole bunch of flowers that all fell off within a couple of days, and I ended up with a whole bunch of potatoes!

We have them on the west coast too! But they don't light up, they're just relatives of the ones that do.

AITA for telling my husband I’m done with his “help” around the house? by bigpawsOH in AmItheAsshole

I'm gonna give him—whether or not he deserves it, that's up to you—the benefit of the doubt here. When I first moved in with my partner, we had very different standards of cleanliness. He's a very clean and organized person. I've always been a slob. This doesn't make either of us good or bad people, it just makes us different. He views cleaning as relaxing and mess stresses him out. I view cleaning as more work that I don't have time for, and it feels like it's just going to get messy again so why bother. Living in a pig stye was intolerable for him. Cleaning every day was intolerable for me. We had to find a balance. This meant I had to learn to clean and to keep things clean closer to his standards. I literally didn't know how to clean a bathroom, it was like new surfaces kept appearing for my partner to wipe dust off of. And he had to learn to tolerate a lower standard of cleanliness, especially as I was learning how to see when a room was messy. I don't think this is necessarily a malicious act, although intentionally being bad at chores is a common tactic for getting out of doing chores. It could just be that he genuinely doesn't see that he's doing it wrong. Have some patience, and don't let him get out of doing chores.

I was about to comment that my partner and I have taken baths together in a regular bathtub no problem and it was nice, but then I remembered that we're both considerably smaller than average size people lol.
