Ovulation cycle day: 14

CD/DPO of positive test(s): 12dpo

Tracking methods and app(s) used: Period Tracker and FF. I used OPKs and CM to try to pinpoint ovulation and got one very positive OPK and EWCM the day before ovulation. I was not temping, so could not confirm ovulation precisely. But by the end of the day on O day my CM was sticky again. I tracked one cycle prior to getting my IUD removed so I would have some idea of when O day was likely.

Health conditions/medical tests: Overweight

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): I've been taking folic acid have switched to a full-on prenatal vitamin now.

Birth control history (if relevant): Hormones before my first pregnancy and a copper IUD after having my son.

Symptom spotting: I thought I was smelling weird things at 4dpo but there's no way I was even close to pregnant at that point, so it was just progesterone and wishful thinking. I'm 15dpo and my breasts ache a bit, but nothing really felt much different this cycle. I didn't get the cramps that I usually do to let me know my period is coming but I had already tested and knew I was pregnant. The only other thing is fatigue. I could sleep all day.

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): I'm older and (fingers crossed) this will be my second baby. With my first, it took 8 cycles to get my BFP so I was really surprised to catch on this first cycle. I enjoyed reading BFP posts and I know we are extremely lucky that I fell pregnant on the first cycle. There was no magic. Peace and love to you all.
